WFP TRUESTYLE® Trim and Fascia is one of the finest wood finishing product available. Milled in a wide range of lengths and dimensions, all WFP TRUESTYLE® Trim and Fascia are high-grade, 100% natural wood.

Our Western Red Cedar trim and fascia boards are prized for their warm, rich look, and deep, natural luster. An incredibly beautiful species, Western Red Cedar grows in a spectrum of hues that range from a light honey yellow to a deep sienna red. The combination of grain, texture and colours create a naturally luxurious appearance that man-made materials generally cannot replicate.

WFP TRUESTYLE® Trim and Fascia is available in a range of dimensions and lengths, and is reversible with one side smooth and the other saw-textured and can be installed in either direction depending on your design requirements.

• Western Red Cedar can be allowed to weather naturally to a silvery grey look, or a wide range of stains and coatings can be applied to ensure maximum performance.
• For best results coat all six sides before installation.
• New cedar trim and fascia that is going to be finished should be protected from the weather before finish is applied.
• Allow the product to acclimatize to the environment where it will be installed to avoid unwanted shrinkage or expansion.
• Fasteners with corrosion resistance should be used, such as hot-dipped galvanized or stainless steel.
• Important Note: Never power-wash Western Red Cedar as it can damage the wood fibers.

Western Red Cedar is considered an ideal material for exterior applications such as siding, as its fibers are rich in natural compounds that act as preservatives. This provides the wood with a high resistance to moisture, decay, and insects, and can offer the species, and ultimately your siding, a long life cycle.

Western Red Cedar is also pitch and resin-free, meaning it readily accepts a wide range of finishes and stains. If preferred, Western Red Cedar can also be left unfinished and will gradually develop a beautiful, rustic silvery-gray patina over time.
